the support chat helped me a lot, since there were a lot of problems at the beginning. Especially the operator Quin was super patient I recommend this app
The customer service with this app is wonderful! Angelica, responded to my request to be verified almost immediately! The only thing I would change is the ease of getting a number for the customers to text and not just a 5 digit number but a full 123-456-7890 type number. Also, having to pay $10 for text campaigns on top of the monthly fee is a bit much for a growing business butttt the customer service I received today really makes it worth it.
Excellent help from PL was very fast to respond and helped me with the problem! Also, helped with other questions I had sending useful links to follow as a guide :)

The application is very necessary and works super well to recover abandoned checkouts.

Poor customer Service.... App sent 3 texts in error and charged me 3 times t $90 a piece! They acted like it wasn't their fault......i wish i had a screen recording.... use another SMS app

EDIT 2: We've tried to reach the customer more than once to ensure everything is working as expected, however, we don't have a response as of July 2nd.
