We like the super friendly UI and easy set up. The automation features are why we chose this app over others. We would recommend this app.
Nothing works after the updates.
You can't edit SMS messages in the flows, when you press enter to move in a new line, all the text is gonna be deleted.
Moved to anoter SMS application, not recommended at all.

Their customer service is amazing. Elijah C promptly handled my request and was able to walk me through step by step on how to verify my account to get the app working on my store. I can't wait to learn more about how everything works to optimize it for my business!
