Good app, just expensive in Singapore to send messages and Do not Disturb function does not work fully

I am not someone who leaves reviews very often, especially negative however this companies "support" is the worst I have come across from a software business.
I have it setup so customers receive a discount code upon signing up with an email, the customer has never received any email / discount. On the 3rd attempt of contacting support I was told to follow some steps, I did them.
On the 4th time I was told it was not working because ' servers are busy, the email will arrive to your customer later'.
On the 5th time I am told my email has to be verified in the system - why did the previous 4 support agents not tell me this?
To date I have had an "escalated" support ticket open for about 12 days.
After 7 days of the support ticket being open and me already verifying my email a few days prior, I am once again asked to verify the email.
5 days since the last reply, still no response and the software still isn't working.

I have been using this app for my SMS and just started using the email as well. It is very confusing when using the signups and all the different flows & automations. It was resolved by contacting support and them walking me through what I needed to do to get my signups connect correctly and pointed to the right flow. I do not recommend doing this setup alone as you can create alot of flows that you dont need nor are unnecessary.
Great app highly recommend Lord R from support was a great he helped us with all questions and issues straight away to make sure we up and running perfectly
Customer service helped me with my pop-op and was very kind and easy to work with. They also got back to me in just a few hours.
This app is amazing so far and I plan to be here for the long run! I have had amazing customer support so far with a man named Don B, he has great communication skills and is very good at doing what has to be done and what is being asked of him.
I just want to say that Joann C helped me alot with gettting my SMSBump to work. I had it scheduled for right away and it did not send out. After going back n Forth, She found the problem and my SMS campaign was sent out right away.
It seems the tool had some bugs.
- Case 1: I configured successfully to send SMS after 1 hour for abandoned cart. Then I tested my website with abandoned cart, but the SMSBump system didn't send text message to my phone number (real phone number, not fake).
- Case 2: I tested another case for abandoned cart, message in Pending list. I tried to send manually by hand, it shown sending successful, but I also didn't receive message. I also checked on the system at Latest Messages, I didn't see the result.
I tried to contact with their supporter, but no response (maybe different timezone).
I spent more times for this tool, but didn't get good results as my expectation.
I feel disappointed with the tool. I hope that their supporter will help us soon to resolve the issue.
Updated: SMSBump's supporter carefully took care, support us, then the issues have been resolved successfully. The root cause is related to quiet hours (DND), I didn't read before that.
