J am absolutely delighted with the customer service provided by Marnie! I have never experienced such a high level of satisfaction. Marnie was incredibly responsive, friendly and professional. The quick responses to my questions, quick resolution of issues, and attention to detail was simply incredible.

I have installed the app for a few days now, Customer services and chat support are perfect, very professional reply no delay. We will see ROI and conventions in the future which are perfect so far.

Be careful of this app, support is horrible too. When asking for a detailed list of the spending, they will just ignore you or ask for more of your information which have nothing to do with the problem you have.
App didn't even work properly, customer couldn't use it and then had double the work.

Just got the app today I will be going hard on sms marketing as I believe it is the future and that email is going away soon. Not completely but it will be overshadowed by sms.
