Customer Service Rep Melvin was very helpful as I am new to using Yotpo App. Melvin was responsive via email.

Marnie helped me step by step to help me get my account verified. It was quick and easy. She provided me with links and information I didn't know I needed. Overall I'm satisfied with service I was provided.

So far i am loving the app and finally getting used to my store on shopify. Hoping this will be a successful year! BIG SHOUT OUT TO REGIE C - - who helped me validate my site by adding all the correct legalities for sms marketing where they need to be. It was directed to me super easily, youtube videos if i needed a visual which was a great help. Please get more people like Regie C to help - - has the patience of a saint :)

but today, AJ really helped with my frustration after waiting more than a month for my SMS to be verified, weeks of talking with other agents and received no real help other than allow more time... well AJ did not make me wait and fixed it himself
