5/5 Im new to this and the support group helped me step by step to establish this plugin into my site.

Jeffrey was really awesome. We enjoyed working with him. There was a support person at first name Theodor or something similar to that - he wasn't very nice or helpful to us. We almost uninstalled the app because he was rude! Jeffrey stepped in to help us and explained how we could succeed with the app and we are grateful for his help.

So far I have pleasant experience with your company. Your support did an outstanding assistance for me. I am looking forward to experience the full scope of your app to generate more revenue for our company.

Just getting started with this app, and I'm already very impressed. The implementation process was easy to follow, and the chat feature was amazing. Pl was great and helped me be able to navigate app much better. After not setting up my flows correctly, PL walked me through the best ways to capture emails and sms. They also provided links where I can reference to be able look over in future.

This is actually a pretty interesting app with a different perspective to retrieving abandoned carts.
