4 Stars because i haven't begun to use this app yet, however the customer service was really good and my boy helped me step by step how to setup things properly! :)
Iven helped me out at 4am and got my account going. I can't give it a 5 yet because I need to see the app in action. But the support team was 5star quality
John from the help desk helped me very quickly and solved my issue.
PL has made my experience quickly and smooth as possible! couldn't asked for a better rep
I just installed the app and am going through its setup. It is a bit intimidating - the items/service descriptions are not intuitive.
Having said that, the support team has been OUTSTANDING. I would probably have moved to something else if it were not for the support team.
I actually really like this app. Better than the ones I have used before. Customer service is very helpful. There are a few hiccups I ran across that took some time to figure out, but an agent did help. The only thing I would consider are more options when it comes to using images in pop ups etc. I can upload fine; the images, however, show up rotated on different devices. Overall, app does an awesome job!

One thing however, is the sender is coming out as my actual mobile number. When I select the option to have a custom sender, it is still showing my mobile number. Could I not have it showing my store name instead?
The function is really good and indeed improves the sales. The slight problem is if you have several Shopify stores under one admin account, it may be a little disordered when you try to download the APP and log in to it sometimes.
I use this app to send promos, and build relationships with my audience. I love the app overall. I wish the scheduled text would go out on time sometimes there is an up to 10 min delay.
First time i use, i know will be good because my friends use and the service customer is on point, very nice help.
