A very comprehensive APP, and every problem can be solved. The customer service responded quickly and all the problems encountered have now been solved. It deserves 5 stars.

The app overall is perfect in all areas but what was even better was my chat support lady, miss Princess:) (she goes by PL but yeah) she was great at assisting me, somebody give that lady a raise! She's a true gem and the best at it, you go girl keep moving forward and doing big things, much love!!!!!

Amazing app, if you're not including SMS marketing in your strategy, you are missing out on huge ROAS. The team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

So far, it has been pretty easy to set up everything, and if I have any assistance, they are very quick to respond. I needed my API Key, thought I was going to have to wait a day or two but PL was super quick and professional.

SMS Bump is fairly easy to use. There is also available help 24/7 through a chat now option and the support team is very helpful in getting your problem solved for you! Thank you to Don S. for helping me solve a problem on getting my SMS verified!
