I just wanted to say thanks to Harry thats working with customer service. He was working 12+h shifts and provided me with all the help i needed. Things got off a little wrong but we worked it out and I really appreciate him taking so much time to explain everything for me. I had been on the chat for help on another matter for 20 minutes with Don. I had mentioned that they have a popup that promotes a free upgrade with less $/txt if you signup for an appt and go through stuff with them. Back in March, we did this and went to the appointment, only to be stood up. I even provided the screenshots and emails. I mentioned it, and they said they would look into it. Haven't heard back from them and they closed the case. No resolution.
