Great app. Prices outside the US a bit high, but overall a great way to recover lost sales in your shop. I enjoyed using it

I like that there is a free version of this app available. I was assisted by Marnie in the support chat today. She responded to my initial chat quickly and she was accommodating in her responses. She even sent screenshots which helped a lot.

Harry helped me enormously by answering all my questions about the application. I highly recommend the person and the application.

App is great but the email templates could be a lot better. Hard to navigate and edit and customize, other than that, app is great.

I am happy with the customer service team, have been very helpful and prompt service. 24/7 , I know that I can rely upon them anytime in the day.
