I had SMSBump for a while, then when it started sending bogus coupon links to my customers they could not fix the issue. It was jaw dropping. I stopped using them after that.

I had been on the chat for help on another matter for 20 minutes with Don. I had mentioned that they have a popup that promotes a free upgrade with less $/txt if you signup for an appt and go through stuff with them. Back in March, we did this and went to the appointment, only to be stood up. I even provided the screenshots and emails. I mentioned it, and they said they would look into it. Haven't heard back from them and they closed the case. No resolution.

The app is not working, tried to reach support in 3 different times, got excuses, upgraded to a bigger package for functionality, still don't work.
The App was used to be good, not anymore.

EDIT (17th AUG): We are still waiting for feedback from the merchant.
They claim that their app is working, but their partnered carrier is down so we cant send messages. This has been ongoing for the past 2 weeks and they refuse to reimburse payment for the messages that havent been sent/ the monthly charges for the app no one can use.
This tool wont allow you to do A\B testing. or it does but guess what? you cant know whos the winner.
and support is bad. since Yotpo bought it, its usless.

TL;DR: Their Premium is highly not recommended. Over-promised and under deliver.
This YOTPO is a complete disappointment and not recommended. The admin interface is a nightmare to navigate. Too many confusing reps and a dumpster fire of code in the web reviews widget make matters worse. The promised platform synergies are nonexistent. SMS Bump is a usability disaster, and even meetings with their team are a waste of time. Other platforms have proven to be far more beneficial, while YOTPO has only added frustration, complexity, and countless hours of troubleshooting. Avoid YOTPO at all costs.

Terrible app, it also kept charging me when I tried to turn it off! I have reached out to customer service multiple times without response!

We checked your case, and it seems that you were automatically charged mainly because you left the Auto Recharge option active on your profile. We've contacted you a couple of times to show you how you can disable it. We even disabled it manually on our side, so you don't get charged additionally.
In addition, we've contacted you so you can get a refund on the money that was not used. However, as of now, we've not received a response.

If you are going to use their app for email then i would suggest look for another app. These guys can't even do the simple tasks of verifying the domain. I have been going back and forth with them for past 3 weeks to verify the domain but they keep emailing me like a robot. I asked them to set up a meeting to go over this issue but no luck. Stay away from this app if you want email marketing.
EXPENSIVE. Use Klaviyo instead. 3x the cost, limited liquid functionality, and non-compliant with SMS sending rules to the same degree as Klaviyo. Bad support.
This app is the worst. I'm writing this so drained after another glitch in the app has caused a text to go out at the completely wrong time which will probably result in so many unsubscribes and customer issues. I've given this app so many changes and I'm just done. Definitely switching to a different SMS provider this week. If you have the chance to do that from the beginning, do it and avoid the headache from SMS Bump. UPDATE: I just want to make sure that people know that in addition to the app being useless, the creators are dishonest. The response to this review says that they can already see someone has reached out to me since leaving this review regarding my issues??? NO ONE from this app has sent me a single message since I left this review. They must just automatically say that in all review responses to save face in front of other Shopify users. No integrity at all.
