Awesome customer care, Jeff helped me to setup all the policy and validate account within 10 minutes, best sms app!
I didn't tested the app but it looks good.. Gonna see later how it will be. But I really think there is a potentiel to help me grow my business
Solve problems very easily and quickly and they support entirely. They have excellent behavior while chatting.
Customer service is very good especially from Marnie, he/she was very friendly and helped me a lot and made it very easy for me to setup my privacy police and terms of service.
Marnie's assistance was excellent, polite and prompt, I recommend the service. I am happy with the service I received!

Decent app, with good flows and automations. I upgraded my plan to utilize the A and B testing, sent a campaign, but the program didn't send the correct message that I configured, checked, double-checked, and sent off. Sent a couple emails to support with no response. Previous to this I wanted to upgrade to the higher tier plans, reached out twice within a few months span. Still haven't heard anything back. Overall the app is pretty good, the service isn't. The cost of sms is expensive already and with lackluster support may be better off finding an alternative.

4 Stars because i haven't begun to use this app yet, however the customer service was really good and my boy helped me step by step how to setup things properly! :)
