I need help with setting up my account and I was able to get in contact with there customer service team quick. I was put in contact with Fhoel who went above and beyond to help figure out the set up process!

I recovered my balance easy. I can continue sending sms with my recovered balance. I will only check more my UTM tags to be sure it's working.

PL is a very helpful and friendly lady who patiently guiding me to set up and use the app. Will give it 5 stars for its user-friendly interface and helpful staffs!
