Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

I'm just new to the SMSBump app, and I don't know it well for the moment. But i've had a 5/5 support with PL, and this makes me optimistic about the fact that the more i'll use this app, the more i'll enjoy it to a 5/5 overall review score

Chat support Regie C is amazing, she helped me quickly resolve things.
The downside is the app itself, after I set up the flow, it didn't go thru, no clear instructions were given to set up the account validation, had to go to support for help and wait for half an hour.

My experience with Yotpo has been great. The agent who assisted me, Quin, was a huge help in guiding me through the process!

Staff are super helpful, especially Melvin and Joann. The platform is good, but the dashboard is super complicated and not user friendly, plus the form builders don't work well in Chrome on the desktop due to a bug, so it's impossible to access any options further down the screen. Switching over to Edge solved the issue.

There's definitely been some kinks to work out and the email formatter is pretty slow/doesn't always work, but AJ T from customer service was very helpful. Joann C was also helpful.

Melvin helped me with a questioni had in a friendly and good way. i hope i can talk to him again once im able to go live on my website.

I had to validate my account, and I was fortunate to have the assistance of Regie C, who was very helpful and efficient. In just a few minutes, my account was verified. I would like to express my gratitude to Regie C for their assistance.

Regie saved the day with his fast responses and getting me through the process smoothly.

I had minor issues navigating this app and Melvin stuck with me through the whole process but patience wasn't his only virtue he was polite and really helpful too
