Just getting started, but loving the app so far, and Rock N. helped me every step of the way! Even managed to help again when my computer disconnected us. Fantastic customer service.

I am new to this ap, and have a lot to learn still. Customer Support is very patient and helpful!

App was simple to set up and use. When I needed help from the support team it was easy to get to them and were very helpful. Especially the agent (Marnie) that helped me today. Gave me video insturctions on what to do and was a quick responder.
