PL's helped me so many times over the years, best support agent in the game.
loved SMSBUMP but since adding all the new features, its super buggy. I'd choose Klaviyo for email and this for SMS
I installed this app yesterday. At the moment, I have not launched campaigns but can see that it allows me to do more things than I expected. It has many very useful templates and give ideas for the marketing of my store. In addition, I had a doubt and Jeffrey (support) solved it quickly. Aleksandar (support) is trying to help me to solve another problem. Both really kind. I don't see anything ...
So Far I like it a lot :) , They are really quick on answering questions but I havent tryed all the features yet
Setting up SMS marketing is more complicated than I thought. Some bugs and problems need to fix. I was stuck with technical rep Marnie for over an hour; she was accommodating and patient in solving the issues. I would give customer service five stars for sure, but the user's experience of SMSBump is four stars.
Quin was great in answering all my questions and got me validated promptly! Thank you so much for your help.
Was having a lot of issues integrating SMSBump and Klayvio, it took a few days which was fustrating but thanks to Princess (PL) the issue got resolved!
Really appreciate their great knowledge on getting this configured because if not I would of used another service.
Customer services was very helpful when trying to verify our phones. Aleksander gave us all the instructions on what to do and it was fast. So far it seems like a good app we will have to see if it turns out to work good for our company. Will review again in a month or two.
4/5 for now, 5/5 soon if everything keeps going smoothly! I am in the process of migrating from competitor to this product and it seems to meet ALL OF OUR NEEDS. Marnie has been super quick to reply on chat (speed and accessibility I find lacking in other apps/platforms) and I'm thankful for their help! Excited to continue to and fingers crossed we're up and running soon!
A bit skeptical because we haven't used this app in a while yet prices keep fluctuating. There was a s lightly issue before where they overcharged us for something. We have moved to another strong competitor
