The support for using this app is really top notch. It took me a little time to understand how to use it effectively since it is a newer technology to me to use SMS marketing, but this app does everything I need it to. I had some tech issues and the team was able to go right into my store and fix all the issues with my permission. It made dealing with compliance and the tech aspects a no brainer for me.
