Customer support was absolutely fantastic. I had a "John D", so patient and so really just good to me.
Super simple to make complex automations. Great customer support. Really reasonable pricing. Couldn't recommend more for anyone trying to integrate text marketing into their Shopify store experience. Thanks!
Amazing Costumer service! Radly was so kind and helpful during all the proces, he helped to set up a few things!
I chatted with Aljohn who was very polite and communicated really well. Aljohn set the timeframe and explained the actions that were being taken. This helps prepare for the length of time I have to wait and also what is being actioned for me. Aljohn was very pleasant to deal with.

The app is not working, tried to reach support in 3 different times, got excuses, upgraded to a bigger package for functionality, still don't work.
The App was used to be good, not anymore.
