This app is amazing so far and I plan to be here for the long run! I have had amazing customer support so far with a man named Don B, he has great communication skills and is very good at doing what has to be done and what is being asked of him.

Gen was quick fast and made the process simple.

Customer service helped me with my pop-op and was very kind and easy to work with. They also got back to me in just a few hours.

PL was so helpful and made the process of validating very easy! I am so impressed with the support Yotpo provides

I had a great experience with chat support, it probably took me an hour to figure out how my own store works while my brain was slowly shutting down, but the girl from support was very patient and instructive, and boy oh boy did we figure it out eventually!
