Joann C helped me with my automation problem and I was able to do it the way I expected, it is a very intuitive application and it helped me to be able to perform my flows correctly.

my experience was confusing at first. couldnt understand why nothing was working. i got in contact with QUIN in customer service and they were so so so so so patient and helpful. really relived the stress of figuring it out! i had no idea none of my privacy or return policy or contact info was on my page. thank you for your time and patience and i will be a long time partner!

Easy setup and so far so good! I just activated it and looking forward to having my customers sign up for SMS! I forgot how to edit the theme of the pop up SMS and contacted customer service and Gen was so great and helpful. Quick customer support and that is also why i'm giving 5 star as of my 1st day of installing and activating this app. Thank you!
