Quin Shiena G was extremely helpful in the verification process for my toll free number. This app has helped my business significantly and I highly recommend it to business owners, especially new ones.

Amazing and helpful costumer service team!
Quite disappointing, to be honest. It feels cumbersome to create compared to Shopify's own email marketing feature. Everything has to be done manually while you'd expect it to be a bit more intuitive and pull content from the website. Who has time to keep designing these campaigns again and again? Trying to edit and setup a template is a bit of a pain and I had to try several times for it to work.

AJ is the best at customer service! I have a new account that I needed help learning and he guided and showed me everything through a zoom call. He did it with patience too which made it a great experience. The review only lets me leave 5 stars but this guy deserves 10 **********

i would recommend this app as it is very beneficial for building a community within your brand and keeping your customers up to date with your store discounts, exclusive access, and more. One thing that is very helpful about this app is that the live chat is available 24/7 to help support your technical needs. Also, the agent I spoke to "PL", was extremely helpful and they were able to fix my issues on their end in a timely manner, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks again PL :)
I'm just starting with Yotpo, but I've already seen that customer support is very fast, friendly, and helpful! Joann C was very kind and very quick to help me with a question on emails! Within seconds, I had my answer!
