Recently we contacted their customer service for assistance with a question, within minutes I was speaking on live chat with Marnie who was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue much faster than I was expecting. I have started trying out this service today. For users like us, who are just beginning with newsletter distribution and do not have a well-established system, offering up to 10,000 free emails without any restrictions on the number of subscribers is incredibly helpful.

The PL who initially assisted us provided clear and concise answers, which quickly resolved our questions. We feel confident in using this service.

We are excited to start sending out our new newsletters to customers with this service soon.

I know that you guys have included the email recently.
But your builder are very outdated and limited.

It would be better if you can update in terms of design and possibility for the emails !
For now I'll stay with Klaviyo but if you make a better design builder, I'll switch !
