Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

I use this app to do the marketing sms it's really necessary to your store,
it really easy to use and nise.

I have just started using the app, so I can't yet speak for all features. However, the flow builder for SMS/email automation (including pre-built options) has been fantastic to use. Support for the app is also A+ (thanks Lazar L!). From what I can see it looks to be a full-featured application from popups to email to SMS marketing automation and more. One thing to note, SMS pricing is quoted for the US - it is 10x more expensive in my country (Australia - USD$0.08 per SMS), so be aware of this when considering the cost/benefit proposition of the product!

Experience has been good - and the support team, particularly - Don- has been very helpful and provided step by step instructions to help me through my questions regarding set up.

This is my 1st time to use an SMS Marketing
So for new starter I recommend this for marketing and more
It is easy to use and has a tutorial video to do setup and free templates

Reset password does not work. Extremely annoying and if you own multiple stores they make you bind everything together which is also another issue

SMSBump is one of the best SMS solutions, very good support I was talking to Iven he is very friendly and gives perfect support, I really appreciate Iven's support.

I still need to use it more to give my full verdict, but overall the customer support was excellent.
