OK so far... Just set up so haven't actually used them yet. Will update this review when I get a better view of the experience.

I've just started using SMSBump and my first impressions with this company have me shaken up! They are super amazing I've never had a staff member of a company give me a call back within minutes of submitting a callback request. They also have countless amounts of videos that will explain how to use the service to the fullest power. If you are looking for a reliable application with a dedicated staff team that will guide you through the process this is the app!

This app is extremely affective in getting peoples attention. I've had customers come into my store ( I use shopify POS) minutes after I send out a text message. It's easy to use and they are very responsive to improvements and issues.

The best part is their support they are very polite and helping good stuff I liked it. I was having some problems the support guy made it so much easy for me his name is Harry M Thanks for the help!

just signed up after using a few others and this one is the best with explaining set up and communication time frame. Very satisfied so far.
