This review is specifically based on the app's support. I had a few questions about validation due to an SMS issue and reached out to the online support. I was connected to PL. PL is fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. I appreciate the help with my issue.

I had a really good experience with Joann C. from the support team, I had an issue with my account verification and my campaign of 1000 messages failed, she quickly assessed the situation and resolved the issue in a very short time!

When I was having trouble verifying my account John had took time to help me out with fixing my issue. I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to use my Shopify store but he came to my rescue. I recommend sms bump to any new beginner because they will literally walk you through and help you.
