had some questions about the setup, "Gen" was available on chat and took great care of me and got me up and running. From the customer support side I give it 5 stars, still a bit early to tell on the features of the app.

Support chat works really fast. They transferred me with an agent (Marnie) who solved my request right away. Also PL helped me change my account preferences!

The potential of this application is impressive, the support is efficient and attentive. I remove 1 star because if you want to work in certain Asian languages such as Chinese (simplified or traditional) or Thai, you pay very expensive for your SMS.

this is a great app for ecommerce. easy to navigate, pairs well and is similar to klaviyo email marketing.
