Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

I've been using Yotpo for my email marketing for several months, it is very easy to use and the support, including today by John D has always been good!

I had them for the pass 2 Years and it was great when they set it up for me. But since we moved out store to another shopify account and asked for help transferring over our campaigns we had setup they we no help and never tried to help in fact closed my ticket. I now had to eliminate them from my new shopify account and us my credits I had remaining and sms/email blast everyone and updating ...

I had an issue and john helped fix it. Thank you john I really appreciate it!

If you ever have an issue, but your rep is Jay ?? that wont be around for long once he's able to help call it done and resolved. Yotpo for the win
