I just used chat to get clarification on sending text messages to customers. PL was amazing! She stayed with me until I completed what I needed to on my end in order to proceed with my electronic marketing campaign. Super user friendly PL helped me get my SMS setting all set to make sure I got to send out all my Black Friday marketing text out during a busy time of the year. Definitely will recommend this app to anyone looking to scale.

When I was having trouble verifying my account John had took time to help me out with fixing my issue. I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to use my Shopify store but he came to my rescue. I recommend sms bump to any new beginner because they will literally walk you through and help you.

Joann and the support they offer is really great. I had to Validate my account and that process was made easy by guiding me through all the steps by Joann. I really appreciate Joann, And the Customer Help this company offers. I am really satisfied with their Customer Support.!
