This is my first time using this app, and I encountered some issues. The customer service was able to quickly guide me to resolve them.

I was really struggling to get this all set up but Quin was very kind and helped me throughout the whole painful process THANK YOU QUIN you are the best fr.

Overall, the experience was simple. Quin helped me through the process and had comforting customer service. The only issue was on my part where i was struggling to find the link to my privacy policy lol.

Support was very kind and patient

While setting up my account to make it compliant with the USA and Canada so I can do SMS marketing Marnie helped me out on the live chat and response was fast, even though we had some few mistakes on my end setting up we worked together to fix them quickly so now I wait for the rest of the back end process. If only Facebook had live support like other Shopify apps lol. Thanks Marnie, I hope I get to set up my campaigns soon :- )
