Terrible!
The app stopped working more than a week ago and customer service no longer responds. We don't know what the problem is and how to fix it, but it is causing us a lot of problems and we are left alone in this situation!

Absurd cost, they consider an order converted even only due to send the SMS, the real sales (opened SMS and discount codes used) is too smaller that not worth this app taxes. I just noticed 400 dollars spent in this month but i have just done 100 orders this month, i don't know why this app spent this much and it spoiled my profit!

Today we install app in our shop and after we upgrade to paid plan we see they remove our shop from app,so i really think they are a scam taking people money and witour reason they remove our acces.
PS: We did not send any email or sms they just take money.

The app doesn't work for us. It sends some random notifications that it should not. 1 customer received 5 messages of the same notification. Analytics shows completely wrong data. It does not always send a Shipping Confirmation Notification. We hoped that it would work, but it's really not.

Signed up for the powerhouse plan for the onboarding and other features. No one ever onboarded us, and when I created a support ticket, they said they couldn't help me.
I downgraded to the free plan. The product seems useful, but it seems like they don't have the staffing for powerhouse customers at the moment.

Completely useless and not customizable. I hope it didn't leave any code to slow down my store and there's NO "24/7" CUSTOMER SUPPORT like it says.

The app crashed on us over a month ago and its not loading properly. I have reached out to support but they aren't very helpful or resourceful. They keep telling me to disable extensions, or clear cashe, use a different browser. I have done all of it but it's not being fixed. I feel there is a glitch that is happening.
I would be great if someone can look into it and let me know.
