L'équipe est très réactive ! Dès que vous avez une question, ils vous répondent sous 5 minutes et cherchent toujours à trouver une solution. Une mention spéciale à John B qui m'a prise en charge à plusieurs reprises.

Il y a tout de même quelques beugs parfois sur la plateforme mais ils travaillent activement dessus.

John D was great support. They all usually get straight to it and are helpful with any issues. Verification process is a bit hit and miss - my flows switched to draft automatically because apparently my account wasn't verified even though I thought I had followed all steps. More communication on this would be good for future. Other than that, it works just like Klaviyo and easy enough to learn. It is definitely a more budget-friendly platform.

Staff are super helpful, especially Melvin and Joann. The platform is good, but the dashboard is super complicated and not user friendly, plus the form builders don't work well in Chrome on the desktop due to a bug, so it's impossible to access any options further down the screen. Switching over to Edge solved the issue.

Don was amazing, quick and helpful to all my questions and issues. They respond quickly to the chat when you are in need of help.

I reached out to have my TFN verified. Jay helped me resolve this issued within 4-5 minutes. That's great customer service. Jay was very nice and helpful.

App is pretty buggy/frustrating to use at times but has great features. Contacted support and Marnie was very helpful and proactive in solving my issues!

John from the help desk helped me very quickly and solved my issue.

Lord helped me with understanding why my messages were failing to send. His quick response was very much appreciated. Although this have negatively impacted my Black Friday sales, He made me have hope that the problem won't last long. Thank you Lord!!
