I was ready to give up on learning how to use this app and started a chat to disable my account. Joann C was my helper and she completely changed my mind. She stayed on the line with me for over twenty minutes and helped me step by step with what I was struggling with. If it wasn't for her, I probably would have given up on trying to navigate the app. Thanks!

I would recommend Marnie to other users because she was very friendly, helpful, and overall kind with helping me out even though I made a couple mistakes. Excellent customer service!

Great when it works, but seem to have bugs somewhat frequently. The team is very responsive though and addresses them quickly when notified.

I just want to say that Joann C helped me alot with gettting my SMSBump to work. I had it scheduled for right away and it did not send out. After going back n Forth, She found the problem and my SMS campaign was sent out right away.
