We've had our fair share of chat conversations with the customer service team, but John G. stands out with his patience and dedication. His ability to not just hear, but really listen to our issues made all the difference. We had the task of importing 100+ reviews. He patiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. And bonus points for taking the extra step of directing us to utilize features we were completely unaware of! Some other agents fell short here, but John G. was a game-changer.
