Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Very pleased with this App. It's created a pleasantly surprising volume of very positive feedback on our products from around the world. I like the fact that it automatically updates to our Facebook page and has a summary of the product being reviewed next to it.

This app was what my store needed. Delivers exactly as advertised - seamless set up, no problems afterwards, and integration with social was a real charm. Enabled customers to show their appreciation for our great fossils and minerals, and their satisfaction with our service. Highly recommended!

Simple and easy to use tool- integrates easily with Shopify. Sometimes I forget it's running in the background and am delighted when I see a review!

Installed it and started getting reviews from previous customers within the hour (didn't even realise it was going to send out a review request to all our old customers) and we got 50 reviews in the first day or so.

On track to 100 now and then skies the limit I guess!

All the features work amazingly and there's some pretty hardcore interesting SEO stuff this thing can do as well like star rankings in the search results etc.

Upsells work great, reviews are seamless.

This is a must have for any ecommerce site. It is very straightforward, easy to install even for the little to no-tech shop owners (like myself). It's interface is very easy to navigate and understand. And the email after purchase feature not only gets a lot of people to review products when they might normally not, it also acts as a reminder about your store. Very well done folks at Yotpo! I found the app to be pretty good. I did have some initial concerns about not being able to hide it if there were no reviews but a few reviews are better than none at all. We had some mix ups in the beginning with the reminder emails sent out not specifying the product and the analytics are quite basic, but it's simple to use and install, good tech support and looks good.

Great app! I love how we can automatically have it post to social media so everyone can see what our fans have to say. And the support is great!
