RUN AWAY! We tried to make the switch from Judge.me to Yotpo in order to get the Google trusted reviews integration. We have the enterprise version so we had a custom implementation. The implementation took 7 months due to lots of issues on the implementation and account management teams, and it FINALLY went live yesterday - at which point over 10,000 customers were mistakenly sent review requests for extremely old purchases, in some cases orders made 6 months ago. We're now dealing with a flood of confused and annoyed customers. This was after being assured that only customers who ordered in the last ~3 weeks would be emailed. Literally the least professional and biggest waste of time I've ever encountered.

I was helped by one of the Yotpo representatives named Ronel and he assisted me when I was super confused. He collaborated with me in my store and took care of everything I needed to be done I was having trouble with. Awesome service and extremely prompt with assisting me. 5 Stars x2

The customer service provided by Yotpo is amazing. We were having some issues with integration and contacted their customer support with the expectation of receiving instructions on how to do what we needed to do to display our reviews and optimize the site. Instead of giving us the instructions, Kenneth from Yotpo actually went in to our site and set everything up to our satisfaction, which took him almost an hour to do for us. The versatility of the site is also great. Wish we would have found this reviews provider first. Update: When our site glitched on Shopify's side, Happy S put it right back to how Kenneth had it. Great service!

YOTPO is the go to review app in my opinion. I only have the free version, but it's everything that I need. The premium version seems to have some nice additional features but is a little too expensive in my opinion. Great app.
