I use this app to collect my reviews. When I ran into a problem with my reviews appearing on my website after installing a new theme customer service was amazing. They had me up and running again in amazing turnaround time.

The app works really well. And helps build trust for my small business.
Lots of profanity words are automatically censored which is nice to know I don't have to personally monitor this. I did have an issue with a word being flagged that was not intended in a profane context, but Anne was able to help quickly - even on a Sunday evening! They even gave me screenshots on how to fix this myself should it happen again.

Amazing service from Ed! Reached out for help with issues on the website and Ed was able to resolve it within minutes. Was planning to go for a paid plan and wanted to try out Yotpo. Based on interactions with Ed, I have no more doubts. Will go for paid plans!
