I just downloaded the app and was pretty confused on how to install their customer service is wonderful and fast!

Really good support from customer service and tech support. Helped me with installing the code snippet into my shopify store. Allen M was the nicest person I spoke to. He answered all my questions fast and in detail. He told me to sit tight and installed the snippet for me all within 10 mins. Great guy!

With the help and guide of Elven, I got the knowledges of how to publish and collect reviews, which will do greater help for my store. Star rating will be a best effect to customers.

Good app! Makes it easy for customers to leave reviews, and it has great built-in functionality to prompt customers to leave feedback. Kind of difficult to install (depending on how your store and products are set up) but Ronel on the support team had my back! Thanks for the great support.

This yotpo review does more than displaying feedbacks. It allows communication with my customers and there are clever ways to tap on the social media platform such as Facebook. Such constant communication is a wonderful tool to make the most out of your store. 5 Stars!

I have not used the app for long enough however this review is for the impressive customer support I received while installing the app. How helpful a company is AFTER installing their app really matters - Thank you for such an amazing experience so far.

Kind tricky to import reviews to my store but agents like Rhenant are always available to help me and it only takes a few hours.
