I need a app that does only store reviews. This one seemed a bit pricey to me. https://www.authenticbagsonly.com

Additionally, our pricing model is available on our website and in your Yotpo admin. For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose from packages ranging from $19 up to $249 a month. Great app , but if you want to upgrade it very expensive. Happy with what I am getting for free,
I just started using this app with mixed results. It presents the reviews well on my product pages, but I have customers say that they try and fill out the review request and they get error messages. One couldn't fill in the text box and after submitting review it go a message that said "page not found". It's too bad because they love our product, but I can't badger them to keep trying to fill out the review

Yotpo added Taiwanese language support! I reinstall Yotpo into our Shopify store.

Yotpo keep sending review request emails to my customers even though I have removed Yotpo from my Shopify Store a week ago.
Please stop sending review emails to my customers.

I've been testing a ton of review apps lately. This being one of them. The app itself is solid but upon uninstalling it I realized my store speed score jumped from 50-59. Was surprised this app was impacting speed that much but glad I found it. Something to consider.

A good app that works as advertised, but can't justify the cost of the premium version. I've been in touch with a salesperson and they say they want to work with small business but they don't offer any plans to support small business. They offered me an annual plan for $3,588 which certainly isn't supporting small business. It would be nice if they offered a pay per review plan or such for us users who are just starting out. Going to have to start looking for other options

The app is good, but the customer service takes way to long to get help. The help was good once connected but the wait was not acceptable.
Very disappointed in Yotpo's service! I wish I hadn't used this app to start with and sent this out to our customers as they have written reviews and I just cannot publish them and I don't want to ask them to write reviews again. I've reached out several times and a lady named Lucy is very slack in getting back to me.
I will be removing this app. Customer service is very poor.
EDIT: Manager reached out to me and apologised for their service. However, I will still not be using their app even though it has everything I want - the pricing is out of my price range. I'm adding an extra 2 stars as they did try and reach out and fix their error.
Be careful when you install, Yotpo will automatically start sending orders VS taking you through a setup process where you can customise how customers will receive reviews etc...
Before I knew it a day had passed and the platform had already sent 80% of my monthly quota within a day. I sell products that need more time to review vs. their 14-day default flow. Not the greatest start for those businesses that have a backlog of orders requiring reviews.
When you install make sure you go straight to the left-hand navigation and find "Review Request Flow" and deactivate the 14-day post-process flow they automatically start on your behalf. To do this, navigate to the three horizontal dots, left-click and hit the 'deactivate' button. The flow will stop and then you can customise what you need to customise.
I know the platform will be great yet I find it strange it just starts sending reviews without a user setup process.
