The support with this app is outstanding, Leizel from the team at Yotpo helped me to integrate the software in one of my themes. This was for me enough reason to keep my subscription going and keep using Yotpo.
Eduardo was absolutely amazing !! I needed help setting up product reviews and he was super quick to respond and super helpful. Thank you so much for such an amazing service !! Love the app, love the customer service even more.
Customer service (Eunice) was helpful and answered my questions quite efficiently. No hesitation to ask for their help anytime.

Eh, personally I don't feel that it's good enough for $30 a month. Yotpo site isn't pretty, and its not very intuitive (they should def hire some UX designers). The one thing they are very good at, is upselling you to pay more for more features.

Yopto is by far the best! I love them they are super helpful with their online chat! they reply fast and everyone is really friendly!
