Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

I've been using them for 7 years now and every time I needed help they bent over backwards to get my store up and running again. Highly recommend.

So far, this app (I upgraded after only a few days) has allowed us to finally get honest feedback from customers. I think it will be well worth the money as we have set a plan in motion to act upon the input and ratings. We also send a survey (via another route) that has helped. We have been using Yotpo to collect reviews by email after purchase, and it works. Overall a good app. Good customer support too, most recently from Rein.

I haven't had a chance to fully explore all the capabilities of Yotpo, but I am extremely happy with the experience so far. Install, setup, and use are much simpler than anticipated and the folks at Yotpo seem committed to providing a great product. The app store can be overwhelming, but this app is a no brainer!
UPDATE: 6+ years later I'm still using Yotpo and still happy with it. The customer service is very reliable and fast and very thorough too. I do wish it was an easier process to move reviews but they were able to walk us through it very thoroughly. Hopefully they all get remapped and posted quickly!

I'm super happy with Yotpo. I've been a user of both the review and the rewards module for years and recommend it to everyone! Great support as well.

We use Yotpo mainly to collect reviews via post-sale emails. And Yotpo is really great doing that! We has been using it for years and we are very happy with it. Also, we recently ask help with very particular settings we need and Eric from the support team has been super efficient and super supportive. Ten over ten for Yotpo!
