The chat support was responsive. Ronel R. was kind and solved my issues immediately. He helped me install the Star Rating. Can't wait to see how this will help our store!

I've been using Yotpo for a few years now and I've been loving it since day one. The whole review system has been easy to use and implement and easily adds trust to my site. I recently upgraded to the Pro version and their support was super fast and helpful in helping me implement a review carousel on my website. I highly recommend using them and even upgrading if you can. Their support is A+++

Very good app if a touch slow at the dashboard (not on our site) but that might just be down to scaling issues. I'd recommend this app to any Shopify store owner.

I just upgraded from the free account to their Prime level. Had a few questions about using some of the new features and decided to use chat to get them squared away. I've now clocked in 50 product reviews for my website thanks to Yotpo. It's a great app to have that's a no-brainer for your website.

They helped explain the difference between the paid plans and free. I ended up signing up for both the SMS service and the upgraded Reviews app, and I'm confident both will generate more sales. The free Reviews app is what established my trust in yotpo.

Changed my Shopify Theme to an outside provider rather than on the app store and YOTPO helped me every step of the way to get it back up and running with custom code so I could show my reviews on collection and front page!
