Enjoying using Yotpo, and customer service is excellent whenever I need a hand. Sheen was very helpful today and I appreciate the prompt help.
automatically sets to send out emails to your customers. I downloaded the app and then one day later it sent out over 200 emails to my customers without me turning that one or having a chance to edit the email.

Clean review app - Great support that goes out of their way to help with CSS & HTML - A lot of add-ons that drive up pricing, however, reviews are a great consumer confidence builder and it feels worth it at scale.
Anne is amazing as well as the whole team at Yotpo. They have had to help me install on my theme twice now and they do it quickly and are so amazing! So glad I use them.
Lemuel on Yopto is an expert and was extremely patient with me today. They were able to fix multiple issues on my store with just one chat which wad great and time saving.
So far just starting out the app is great for setup. I wish there were more features available for the free version. Set up is pretty easy. I did need help and the person assisting me was very knowledgeable and helped me with a setup issue right away. Very pleased with the customer service.
Yotpo is by far the best app and superior customer service on Shopify. Leizel and Bernard have assisted our team several times in establishing our reviews, and they have over delivered and outperformed on every occasion. Having five-star reviews where customers can see the ratings makes all the difference, and as a brand creator, there is no better compliment than having a customer refer our product in this way. I had issues with importing reviews from my old system and I emailed support to help. They were great and got everything corrected quickly. Then I changed the theme of my website and they fixed my reviews again. Top-notch customer service team!!
