Free plan is convenient way to gather some reviews but beyond 50 reviews you'll be looking at absurd pricing (min $5K annually) with no way to trial the premium features. They may be great but I'll never find out since there is no trial.

Primary beefs

- Annoying that prices aren;t stated on an available page, you are forced to take a sales call
- Prices are presented as monthly, but since they only bill annually, I perceive it as a smokescreen to real pricing.
- No trial - If the product is so great, why do I have to spend nearly $5,000 ($399 monthly X 12) to “test” ROI?
- the free version does not do anything I can't do with competeing low cost software, so I would suggest you start with something else rather than switching when you hit 50 reviews

Yotpo makes collecting and featuring reviews really easy and clear. Reviews are a huge part of my business :)

Greate app, not what I expected, but great experience, very helpful, some experience could improve though

I used this app to import reviews from another app. I was running into issues and Mary was super helpful in getting the reviews moved over exactly the way I wanted them. Very prompt, quick, and knowledgeable!

I reviewed several different product review apps for my Shopify store and the Yotpo app not only checked all of the boxes, but exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality, ease of use, and automation. In addition, I reached out to their team to fix an issue I was having and they responded immediately, and they spent a great deal of time helping me with placing reviews on my site.
