So glad I was able to have one of the #1 Shopify Apps Installed!
I am so appreciative of the ongoing & personal support of this amazing team. After I granted access to my site they installed the widgets I was having problems with. I received emails to make sure I was happy. Of course, I haven't gotten a review yet as I just had the app installed today but the Customer Service has made me like Yotpo even more!

Interface is cluttered, and the software was constantly buggy. When issues came up, support didn't seem to know what was going on and wasn't helpful. Didn't seem like they cared at all.
Price is very high, and order caps are low. If it was totally bug-free and functional, and support was awesome, we'd pay the price, but it's just not worth it for us.

Our pricing model is flexible and is available on our website and in your Yotpo admin. For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose from packages ranging from just $19 up to $249 a month. Thanks again for your feedback!
Shout out to Matthew K. for the great customer service. Great app and tons of potential. Wouldn't mind a plan between Pro and Starter so we can maximize our google product listing ads :)

With the free version you get your customers to review your store and products, automated emails are sent to them after a purchase and it increases the trust among potential customers as they can see if the review comes from verified buyers and or verified accounts making the reviews a thousand times more efficient. The customer service is amazing - Guy Leshem was of great help on changing some details to my account. Highly recommended!

Amazing! Love the option of automated mails with in-built form after few days of purchase to the customer which is mostly where we convert sales into reviews.
