Responded to my enquiry straight away with a solution. Reymond was very helpful. I would prefer yotpo over loox as yotpo looks more professional on the website and and they have more features like questions and answers people can go through. making it like a social forum on the product.

Excellent app and customer service is top notch! Anytime I need assistance the reps are always there and can count on results. Recently I worked with Mitch on getting reviews added to my homepage as a carousel and was having difficulty after following the instructions and when I reached out to Mitch he fixed the issue in less than a day. Yotpo is a great app! It is easy to use and works great with our website. And the customer service is amazing, when I had troubles getting the star badge on my website I reached out and a lovely person from customer service went through the effort to put the code in our website for us and was a massive help. Highly recommend getting this app as not only will you have a great tool for your business but an amazing team behind it who are there when you need them.
