We've been using Yotpo for a couple of weeks now and so far it has been great! We haven't had enough time to see if it's increased conversions but watching the reviews (thankfully good ones!) come in has been really fun to watch! I would definitely recommend this app!

We've used this app for just a few weeks and have already received dozens of positive reviews. Because we were very concerned about abusing our customers' trust by sending them unsolicited emails requesting a review, we customized our email so there is no question it is from us - and have since asked our first dozen reviewers how they felt about it - not one of them thought it was creepy or spammy, much to our relief. It is really nice to have a way to share the nice things people say about our product and cause.
