I installed the app about a month ago. I needed help with a couple things so I contacted Yotpo support and not only did they immediately respond with great detail on how to help me but they also followed up with me making sure what I needed was satisfactory. Not only is the app free but the support is amazing!
Warly was awesome and went above and beyond to troubleshoot my issue!
So far so good, install was easy, customer service was great (Thanks Michelle B!!!) and I was able to import all of my existing reviews, setup email blast and put on our site without much issue.
One of the worst apps I've ever used in my experience on Shopify. Typically I don't leave reviews, but this was frustrating. The product was highly bugged and the interface was never properly updated. Customer service was excellent, and of course, I'm the bad apple of the bunch, but nonetheless, you can't overcome a bad product. UI/UX probably needs a major overhaul.

Awesome App, easy to use and install. Offers essential features that are easily integrated into your store. Shop owners will love this App for its automated and social features. A great way to obtain feedback from your customers.

Layout looks good too
The free plan is very nice, but I didn't use because I can't remove the yotpo icon and the user's name. But it seems easy to use.
John B helped me for a couple of hours to figure some things out! The app integrated seamlessly into my website and it looks great! Thank you again for the help to John B!
Great app for reviews on http://www.RandomSwag.com Works great with EasyTabs! You can use both apps to put reviews in their own tab for a professional look!
