Always helpful customer service and never too long of a wait. I interacted with many of their agents since we started using Yotpo and always felt positive about their customer service. Junalou was really helpful with our last issue and solved it fast.

Joian Z helped me with displaying product photos and the Yotpo team has always been responsive to my issues. Overall highly recommend for reviews!

It's a great app to collect reviews, show star-ratings on store and on Google search, Google shopping and we are very happy using it.
It also has a great feature to group products so that it can share the same reviews.
We needed some help to be sure the reviews are shared across grouped products and John B. was very quick to get back and helpful.

Perfect App. Easy to install and use, auto emails customers and we are getting reviews already. would definitely recommend!

The support is wonderful! I wanted to collaborate all my reviews onto one page but found the instuctions difficult as there was a fair amount of coding involved. Lemuel C added to the code to my website and I now have a wonderful reviews page where customers can see all my 100s of reviews in one place. Thank you so much Lemuel!
