Might be the best customer service I've ever had. Chat live twice, fixed my problem and added some addition features I didn't know I had. LOVE THEM!!

I love Yotpo, ive used their software when I was with bigcommerce and it was the first app I installed when I moved my site to Shopify. Gimbert and Jeorge, the yotpo representatives, were able to help me migrate all my reviews to my new website on shopify and they was extraordinary. They made the entire experience seamless. I am forever grateful.

Overall app works pretty well. Had an issue and Doner P fixed it right away for me. Great service! Hopefully it all works properly from here!

I really like this app and, like every busy shop owner, can only check in my time to time to make sure I understand all the bells and whistles of my app and my investment! The folks at Yotpo have always been very responsive and willing to do the "back end" coding that's required to make it work. As well, they can go in and check when I periodically need reassurance.
