Great at gathering feedback and adding trust signals to your site. Helpful for customers to see other user ratings. Yotpo support (Jeorge was last agent) is excellent too if you need them (live chat, or collaborator access). Thanks Yotpo!
The platform is great and the customer service even better! Liezel was super helpful and even helped me set everything up on the website. This woman deserves a raise, she did it all so well and so quickly! I will also now install YOTPO on my other websites.

I used this app to start collecting social proof for my store as I scale. Had a few issues with the placement of my widgets but the support team happily went in and edited this for me! Looks and works perfectly.

This is the best app I've added to my store since it's inception 2.5 years ago. The feel-good generated by a good review is immense for new customers. The Yotpo customer service team is also an absolute joy to work with. Leizel Ann D. from their team helped me literally shift my reviews from my older site on another platform to my new site on Shopify - reintegration, reupload and relinking! Cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely stoked with how this App is working on our website. Love the fact that it automatically sends out a review request after a specified amount of time. Also love the fact that it shows that a reviewer is a "verified buyer". We have noticed this adds huge credibility to the review.

UPDATE: Love this app! The features they provide are great for generating social proof and increasing trust for our brand! Shoutout to both Djan and Warly at Yotpo for the wonderful customer service on 2 seperate occasions! They were both so helpful and friendly! I Had a few questions and needed some adjustments done to our website and both Warly and Djan provided us with all the info we needed (and more) as well as completed the tasks required quickly. Overall pleasant experiences!
